Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your AstroGuide paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge.
  • Refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds.
  • Annual plan refunds are prorated for the unused months remaining in the billing period.
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds (no charge applies).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@astroguide.com with:

  • The email address associated with your AstroGuide account
  • Your order or transaction ID (found in your welcome email or billing history)
  • A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different actions:

  • Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • A refund returns the charge for the current period and immediately ends your access to paid features.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time report purchases (birth chart PDFs, compatibility reports, etc.) after the file has been delivered.
  • Renewal charges after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
